New member with G35 sedan and a couple pics

New to the site from RI, I have an 03 G35 sedan 6mt. I have a Kenwood dnx8120, JL Audio e6450 5 channel amp, 6.5 in Kappa perfects, 6.5 in Polks (100 ebay type).

Hopefully I can learn enough here to get this setup out of my car cause it sounds like absolute garbage.

Nice car. Very solid head unit.

Sound deadening the doors will help out the midbass in these cars a lot. Made a world of difference in my Altima.

There is a lot of good info to be found here. If you run into problems or have questions, just post em up.

ditch the kappas. deaden the doors, buy good set of comp and equally good processing

P.S.

There is absolutely no deadening in our doors from the factory, i'm speaking of the coupes but i would assume that your sedan would be the same. most cars i have had at least had a bit of asphalt based deadener in them to begin with

Hey whats up Manbeer. Your the second G driver ive seen on here so far.

As far as the Kappas they are gone as soon as spring comes. Like everyone said the sound deadener will be a first on the list. My plan is to gut and Second Skin the entire car. Then go with some good bang for the buck products. I really wanna push my abilities on this future set up.
