New Mazda6

I got an 06 Mazda6 last weekend and I'm going to hook up a sub and amp to the stock HU. I ordered the Navone NE-7V LOC that i'm going to install behind the HU. Does it matter if I hook it up to the rear or front speakers? I plan on running the remote wire to the radio fuse. I am also planning on upgrading the speakers in the future and hooking them up to an aftermarket amp. I figure to do this i will just use another LOC hooked up to either the front or rear speakers and then run the rca's to the amp and then run speaker wire from the amp back to the existing speaker wires behind the HU so I don't have to run all new wires from the amp to the speakers. Will this work? Any help would be appreciated.

prolly save yourself some hassle and wire by just running new wire into the doors from the new amp, its really up to you on either hooking the subs up to the front or the back, but i'd personally hook them up to the back set.
