new l7 problems......

well yes the bottom of the part of the sub that will seal around the hole in the enclosure, also by tuning i mean the lenght width and hight of the port in the enclosure, also the lowpass should be set around 60-70 hz depenenig on your music and also the subsonic around 20 hz atleast becouse kickers with power, ported mean possible bottom out situations, figure that should have u a nice tune

i think i figured it out. ok my deck has one pre amp out put. well i have a zx750.1 and, my speakers are powered by a zx200.4. well i ran rcas from my deck to my sub amp then to my speaker amp. which i think would explain why the sub EQ and the lows do the same thing? i think. so i need a deck with three pre amp out puts. then a 4 channel rca cable then a reg pair for my sub amp. because my speaker get distorted when i turn them up but when i turn the lows dow, it goes away. so if i get the right HU and the correct rcas i could turn that down with it affecting the sub like it does now, plus have the have sub up all the way. i hope you can follow me.

static(sp) my box is sealed. its a cheap sealed box from hifisoundconnections.com. i mean, i actually had to trim it to get the sub in. they made the opening to dam small.

i bought an enclosure and, it leaks the screws just turn, they dont tighten. i think im gonna build my own to spec.
