I have owned several trucks both the 350 and the 5.3. I am a fan of both. My inlaws have a 5.3 with right at 400K original miles. Only major repair was the rear main seal. I will say ****** has been replaced but that was more neglect I believe. We shall see, I am looking around but I am set on a Tahoe/Yukon of some sort.
