so im trading an amp i have laying around for a flip out. its only a jensen but its still a flipout. anyway, would i need to buy a new harness for the hu since im going from pioneer to the jensen flipout? and do i need a new dash kit?

also, the guy im getting it from was saying for the dvd to be played its gotta be grounded or some ish? help a man out people

i thought wire harness was car specific, not hu specific? and best place to ground this would be???
