Ipod/Zune/Etc to Aux on Headunit

Ok i did some searching and saw I needed a 3.55m cord?

Is this correct? (Plug into back RCA of HU and runs cord to headphone of ipod)?

I have a Panasonic headunit and just plan on using a very basic ipod (no video, touch, etc). Will I need anything else? I see alot of adapters.

Lastly, will something like a Zune or other MP3 player work just like an ipod or do they have complications?

3.5mm cord is the same thing as a headphone plug. you can get one at walmart, target, radio shack, bestbuy, ebay ( http://cgi.ebay.com/6-Foot-Stereo-Cable-3-5-mm-Y-to-RCA-for-iPod-MP3-Black_W0QQitemZ250478153780QQcmdZViewItemQQptZOther_MP3_Player_Accessories?hash=item3a51a95034&_trksid=p3286.c0.m14 )etc etc. you will need nothing else. it will work with any audio source that has a 3.5mm jack, so anything that accepts headphones.
