New head unit, now my speakers are quiet?

I just put in a pioneer DEH-x9500BHS into my 07 trailblazer.

and now my speakers are super quiet. at 30 it sounds like you would expect at 5.

the integration adapter I bought is the Axxess GMOS-01.

and the speakers I put in my doors are the

Cerwin-Vega HED365

any Ideas or common mistakes that cause that?

How do I correct the phase issue?

and the stock head unit was way louder with the same speakers. I have had the set up minus the aftermarket Head unit for a month or so now.

You may not have it wired correctly... On a lot of those GM "interfaces" you have to cut off and remove the RCA ends, then hard-wire into the harness for output to your speakers...
