New Head Unit no sound. Possible Alarm interference?

I bought a new head unit an Alpine CDE-141, Installed it and same effect as the old Pioneer. It powers up, scans radio stations, plays CDs, but nothing from the speakers. I ran the power to the fuse block and the speakers are wired independently so all original wiring is bypassed. Ground is good.

WHAT IS GOING ON?

There is an alarm system in the car...is that interfering somehow?

Voltages measured under 13 V is that an issue. The car is a convertible starts with no problem, the top goes up and down with no issue even when the engine is not running. I am at a loss here. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Problem Solved. Turns out it was a a speaker wire short to the right rear speaker. One of the trim screws was screwed right through the wire and shorted it out. I gave up on trying to fix it because I was chasing "Ford Premium Amp" bypass and other hypothetical situations. I took it to Tint World in Cary and Brandon hooked me up with the repair. I was a little skeptical about taking my car to them for the repair, but after meeting Brandon, I knew the car was in good hands.
