Those links are to ATA100 and ATA133. You gotta check the spec's under the title, which will tell you. And, of the DeskStar models, you want the T7K series -- not the 7K.

So the Western Digital one is Ultra ATA 100. This means it is better than the regular ATA 100 right? I will probably get that one since Ive owned WD before and they have never failed on me.

No. All ATA100 and ATA133 is "Ultra". Ignore that part. ATA133 is generally faster than ATA100 period. But if your motherboar only supports up to ATA100 your performance won't improve by running ATA133. It makes sense to go with the faster drive though, incase you want to migrate it to a computer upgrade in the future.

No, that's just the series of technology. They make T7K... series drives in ATA100, ATA133, SATA1, and SATA2 flavors.
