Just kidding, this is strictly for business. But after a few months I plan to install two graphics cards. Either two 560Ti Twin Frozr or whatever AMD's top of the line card is at the time. Then I can get my World of Tanks on. I'm sick of 4fps, especially when you get paired up with tier X tanks in my tier VI.

But I digress.

A few changes right here, the GAYMAN ULTRA ELEITEE RAM has been replaced with Kingston Blu. Also, I plan on purchasing a cheap DVD drive to install my OS on. I do not plan on buying Windows.

I only got the PSU because it gives me room to upgrade and the platinum rating means I'll be saving money. My laptop hiked the bill up to $130, from $50. Plus, I like Thermaltake, not A brand name. But they're not like Rosewill.

If you have the room, I would definitely get a full tower case. Between that giant PSU and two video cards it is going to get pretty cramped in that case. That and I would look into a little more cooling running all that hot equipment.

Duly noted, I changed the case to a full tower Lian Li. My original plan was to load up the mid tower with some Delta fans and create a huge amount of airflow/pressure. I'm not too worried about noise. I'm use to it, and I have a great HT setup. Also, I might just get one top of the line card. I hear the 7970 preforms well, I just remember those cards are a mile long.

My biggest concern is if the Noctua will fit.

Lol you're lucky I used all my groans on wdw. Anyone who says who says Intel cards are hundreds of dollars more worth of superiority is either a nut hugger or a tool with no regard to priceerformance.

Fail.

AMD cards run hotter and the Catalyst drivers blow chunks. Doesnt matter how good your video card is if the driver is constantly crashing and having issues.

I don't run AMD but even I know it's not junk lulz. I know plenty of people who run AMD in both small and large setups with 0 issues.

Dont listen to ppl when they say amd is junk ive been using them for a while and had no problems, if anything u have to look out for what brand they are. I used nvidia and amd from XfX and never had a problem. Atm im using the 5870 had it ever since they were released and have had 0 problems so far.

You're not helping my case. I like to stick to GIGABYTE, TYAN, and SUPERMICRO when it comes to hardware. XFX is a good brand though, they make good commercials. But I thought they went under? Or they stopped honoring warranties or something. I've been out of the game for so long.

The Intel/AMD/nVidia thing is more of "what's the best thing I can get this quarter?"

lol 4fps on world of tanks, I feel bad for you. I will look over this later after I get home, and can prob help you save a few $$ here and there. I am very good at that while still having high quality components on pc's..
