I was doing some research and came across this forum

I wanna see who can help me out

I have a jetta gli

And I'm fixing to do my system

I had this system on my old truck

2 Memphis c3

Jl audio 1000/1

1 set of infinity kappa 6.5 component set

1 6.5 infinity kappa reg

Jl audio 360/4

Epicenter

And old school pioneer 13 band mp3 cd player

Optima kennitik battery's and a PAC

all this was in a blow threw set up

Now I don't really know about Memphis

But I wanna put another 12 c3

How does Memphis work

Odd number or even numbers ???

And is the jl audio 1000/1 is it to big for the speakers

And another thing I was using a 4g wire and

My voltage would drain big time from 14 down to 1/4 in the gauge and amp would turn off

And another thing the ohms would show on the amp

:santa:Welcome here..hope you enjoy the forum, and get your answers,and hope to learn from you as well..ive never dealt with memphis subs,but,as far as your amps go..i think they will work great in any application you go with..power drainage..check out the sticky for the big three on here, and you may consider a high output alt for maintaining a constant power supply..you said your vehicle is a gli/not gti?

Some better subs possibly t5o consider are from ssa..daytons,fi,and a few other brands will be up for consideration as well..but checking your subs out..they look pretty nice..bet they sound awesome in a spec made enclosure too.//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif
