Getting back into the hobby a little. Messed around with car audio - low level - when I was 19 - 21. Got in military and had kids = got out of hobby. Still have kids, not in military but want to get back into it a little. Progressively building a system in my truck. Started just the other day actually with a new NEX head unit (kind of like the CarPlay feature) and some JL 3 1/2 in the dash. Next is replacing stock front door speakers and amping the front end. Doing research on the best speakers for my front doors. Dodge seems to have a shallow door so will be limited on 6x9 options. Then might replace rear door speakers but just let HU run them. Last will likely be the JL stealth box for my truck and amp. Nothing super creative or difficult. Just piecing it together so my 30 minute commute sounds better.
