only an unexperienced ameture would soak MDF in water to make kerf bends

these are DRY as a bone...

MDF swells/seperates and deteriorates when wet....what ever is left of those

bends will have less than 60% of it's origional strength left...

MDF is compressed fibers held together with glue.

Water will break the bond between the glue and fiber..Clorine Pool

water would do even more damage

I would fiberglass resin those kerfs in and out..

and I would also try taking a little advice from those more experienced

than yourself and use it to build up your respect....just a little friendly advice

and telling Fisher how things are is like trying to teach an old

dog how to lick his nuts....

he already knows how so don't even bother
