So its just the lettering, that doesn't look too bad. I thought it was the whole dustcap was colored.

If you really want to know... its Homagadres (sp?) number part of the golden ratio .. usually used to calculate surface area of a helix.. its kinda like Pi.. i believe its 2.16..... blah blah.. Maths

Theres supposedly going to be carbon and aluminum too. I got a older btl reconed and got the red dust cap lettering. It looks really fresh from the old same look.
