Are they allowed to "verify" your install like JL does? If it's not dealer installed, the authorized dealer can look over and approve the install, and the consumer will still receive the same warranty as if it was dealer installed.OR if your close with your dealer, buy it and have them 'say' they installed it.
It would mainly be the dealers discretion to do so. Ive done this in the past and have had no issues. There are quite a few of my customers that are more than capable of installing their own products and I cant see taking their money just to say it was dealer installed.Are they allowed to "verify" your install like JL does?
