no way... verizon has better service around here at least, and it has IN messaging which is nice because i send somewhere around 60 text messages a day on average, sometimes more.

cingular=sh1t where i live, and nearly 90% of the people have alltel because it picks up the best everywhere within 30 miles of my house

and i get free talking to all of them so im staying

I would get the motorola phone over the razor. The new ones break very easily. I dropped mine once and it was done for. So I went back and just went with a completley different provider and phone. I got a cheap phone, cause I am not into looks like I thought I wanted when I had the razor phone. Also in ohio everyone stray away from TMobile and Cingular, sucks much *** in most of ohio and PA. Cellular One and Verison are the best in my area. Good luck!

razr is a motorola phone...

alltell will get service when everything else doesnt...ive never been around someone that had service and i didnt, they might have more bars, but that dont mean shit i was in kennesaw, ga and my friend had t mobile and he had to use my phone cuz he didnt have service, until i always thought i would get t mobile if i didnt have alltel, but now i like verizon better. oh yeah but this girl thats lives like a mile from me her verizon phone doesnt get service inside her house, but mines works fine.

Hey man, tryed to pm you back but it said the text was to long... here

I dont know witch phone to take, if your limiting yourself to those two, since im not much of a motorola guy, i usualy go with sony ericsson phones.

But as for the razr, ive had one when they first came out becuase i thought they looked "cool" like yourself and was taken in by the wow factor.

Look around on the net for people who have owned hte phone and comment on it, check out howardforums.com they have a special motorla section, or mobilereview.com, or just google it...

But, the phone when i owned it, the buttons were kinda weird to use, when texting and such since they dont really push in, its kinda like a flat surface that doesnt push in... hard to explain.

The phone breaks very easily, infact mine is in 2 pieces, and i was being very careful with it, springs get lose fsat, after haveing it fixed twice they then started to get squeaky... so everytime i opened the phone a loud squeak would happen, made it sound cheap and was just anoyying...

Outside lcd screen gets scratched easily since motorla forgot to add that protective shit most phone companys do with phones on all of the screens, same shit that watches have, forget the name...

Camera is pure shit, i think its .5 mp, but it doesnt even look like it, has no autofocus, witch makes a big difference, web browseing is a *****, since it has no real interface for it, the list is endless but i have to go to work in 20 minutes so im in a bit of a huirry (sorry for the mispellings)

Just go around on the net and look for motorola razr reviews, try to fin companys that did he revews and not people, there are some die-hard motorla fans out there that stick up for the phone just becuase they like motorla
