volvo. you dont see as many on the road as audi's. plus volvos have a reputation for being very very safe to drive in. and it looks **** sexy in black.

Personally, i like the audi. AWD, pretty **** nice car, smooth ride. But, it's you investment of $30k+, that's my 2 sense...peace

In all seriousness, I would go with the Audi. I'd rather say I drive an Audi than a Volva... err Volvo

I think the Audi's have always had a reputations of being overly expensive for what you get from them. I would personally go with the Volvo. This is not your father's box-like Volvo. They are great cars, still super safe, but now super fun to drive.

Both are nice cars, Volvo has came a long way and can take it's match with the European cars. The new A4's sure are a lot better than the junk previous A4's with the old half independent torsion-beam rear suspension (considering the price range) and poor steering feedback. The new ones have the much improved aluminum multi-link rear set-up.

I don't know, is the S60 the light-pressure-turbo, or turbo? The LPT's wont lag at all hardly, but at the sacrifice of power, the regular turbo will have some lag, but I don't know the effectiveness of drivability it may have; so yeah, test drive.

I like the looks of the A4 better, but then again I like the torque and unmistakable sound of the S60's 5-cylinder engine, so yeah, I'm torn between the two as you are..... //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif

It would come down to a test-drive, but it's hard to say. Both are pretty **** fine automobiles. My gut instinct would be the S60, but I think that's just because it's a bit more unsual to see. Now if we go higher up on the line to the level of the A6, then it's hard to find a vehicle that would put up a fair fight against it.

MSRP on the coupe starts at $31, 550 too, so it should be within your range.

My 1st Choice would be for the G35 Coupe with Stick @280 Horsepower but you can't go wrong with the Audi or Volvo. I'd probably lean toward Audi though I really like the looks of them over the Volvo... Either way you'll be fine.

There still pretty quick, my girlfriends mom has one,and they dont look that bad either for a sporty 4door car. I wouldn't get the awd option and i think that only works when u need it like if its snowing.

Based on looks alone I think the Volvo looks better. Tint the windows dark as hell with the black paint job and it'd be pretty cool. Doesn't Volvo's still have best overall crash ratings or something like that?
