new BUT PROBLEMS

hey guys whats up.......ok im having a little problem i have a 2500d orion mono block, a hcca15'' 2000RMS(bass),a usamp 1600 xterminator (mids) now every time i turn off my head unit i get a "bup" from the sub only when i turn it off...... and sometimes when i play music 4 long the mids kinda drop and distort but the bass continue to play well any1 can help me here its kinda gettin me worried.... THANKS 4 ANY HELP GIVEN

I am no car audio expert by far, but if it was my system doing that, I would check all my connections, grounds and rca's. if none of that helps check out the headunit. But thats just me. Someone else can probably give you better advice. Good luck.
