So, some of you might know me for my other thread, and know im new and im looking for a nice system but have no clue.

I have a 2004 Jeep Liberty, and 1 thosand bucks to spend on a system.

I like real deep rap songs with lots of bass, and want it to bumpin but be clear to.

Anyways i was thinking about these - http://caraudio.pgpartner.com/search_getprod.php/masterid=21528711/st=product/sv=title

Should two of those in the back do the job, i also need some side speakers.

So are those good or bad, if there bad could someone name me a good setup, like amp, stero - ( want to get an alpine ), speakers and sub?

Thanks.

sure theyd do the job but for less than 500 bucks you could put together a good sub amp combo instead of wasting half ur budget just on 2 subs. put together an entire system not just some bass.

since its going into the back of a jeep id say you could go with a single good 12 or 15 and be happy.

Anybody got some links, im really new and dont know much about what yall are talking about.

By the way whats a good head unit?

Thanks everyone.

hdc3,s are great from what ive heard but 1 isnt gonna stand up to 2 atomic ap/spl,s and mine will have brandnew recones you cant beat 1000 for those 2 and the atomic at3000.1 but yes you will need some electrical upgrades to run it.........he prolly should get a sundown 1500d and 2 15,s

(2) Fi SSD 12"s = $400 New, $200-300 used

(1) Sundown SAZ-1500= Used $300ish

(1) KnuKonceptz 0/1 Ga. Wiring Kit= $59.99

Spend the rest on an enclosure, i'm sure you can find someone on here that will build you one, or you can build it yourself.

Save up and pick up a new battery down the road.

I also noticed you have a Liberty, if you have the Infinity powered stock speaker set, components can be tricky. So when you get a component set, contact me and I will walk you through hooking it up to the Infinity system and not have to rewire everything and it's not that difficult. I have first hand experience because we just finished our shop Liberty build up.

Thanks everyone, i thinking about the sundown and the two 15's.

Ill be sure to talk to you when i hook it up, thanks DB Drag.

Im thinking about two 15's, i am also thinking about geting a kicker amp - this one http://caraudio.pgpartner.com/search_getprod.php/masterid=19957897/st=product/sv=title

With these you think that will do it? Or will i need some components, besides the stock? Also im going to need a head unit, so i can run my ipod.

About the issue of room..i got plenty -

yes you have enough room for 2 15,s ported .......and if i was you for new i would go with a saz1500d from db-r and 2 hd3c 15,s........that way when your ready to upgrade your electrical and amp you want have to buy new subs as well......and i think the hd3c,s are about the best for the money
