Got Bass?
Well its going down this week. I can't take it anymore and I'd like to get it done so I can start hitting up shows again. My previous system had:

-30cubes tuned to 32hz

-4 15" RE SX

-4 Memphis 1000D's

-Memphis 3004

-Memphis Msync comps

-Pioneer AVH-7600DVD

-19"LCD for hater vision

-Memphis coaxials in the back of the wall

-PS2

-1 Kinetik 1800

-1 Kinetik 2400

I wasn't happy with it. Time for the rebuild.

-20 cubes tuned to 32hz

-4 RE MT 15's

-4 Powerbass XA-3000's

-2 Powerbass ASA-600.4

-1 Powerbass ASA-400.2

-2 Elemental Designs 7Kv.2 Subwoofer (midbass)

-3 Elemental Designs eDi 6500s System (2 sets in doors 1 on A pillars)

-4 Kinetik 2400's

-1 40" yes 40" LCD for hatervison:naughty:

-Glassed door panels

-a bunch of other small stuff.

Pics will be put up constantly so be sure to check back.

Wait a minute. You're going from SXs to MTs and you're DOWNSIZING by 10 cubes. I don't know much about those subs, but that seems wierd to me. Also, You're putting a whole 6.5" component set in the A-pillars? I know it can be done, but why? It seems you're not exactly going for great imaging here, so why not just get some coaxs? If all you're looking for is a half-way decent front stage to keep up with your subs' volume, that would seem easier to me.

30 Cubes was way too big. Why not do a component set in the a pillars? Yes putting coaxials there might be easier but I'm up for a challenge, not looking to just do something cause it may be easier.

Yea thirty cubes is d@mn big.

Hell, even 20 cubes is still a little on the large side, but MUCH improved. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
Should be d*mn loud.
Any suggestion on a box size tommy? I haven't started building yet so I would go smaller than 20.
