Never seen an IDMAX with this cone

Its supposed to be a V3 but I have never seen a cone like this. Have they ever made them like this?

exactly correct, and imho, 100x better looking then the v2 version!!!!

Better looking I agree. But from my understanding, the one-piece cones had problems which made them go to the two piece. I do not remember what that problem was now however.

the V1's had the 1st cone pictured v2's had the secound and the V3's have the 2 piece I had a V2 and I currently have a V3...

I know your info is usually good, but I find that very hard to believe. Why would ID recone a Max, or sell one new, and not even use their own patented surround?
