Never realized how much I miss a sealed setup.......

Best sealed box is one that's inside a ported box //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/cool.gif.3bcaf8f141236c00f8044d07150e34f7.gif
Yesss...

I'm doing 8 15's in a 4th on 28kw of korean power soon. Got the 4 7k's in, just waiting on the subs and then I'm getting the enclosure done

Idk, sealed boxes don't get low with volume in my experience.
I was trying to figure out what it was I wasn't liking about a sealed setup and I think you've got it here.

I threw a sealed pair of 12s into my jeep as a temp because I had it on hand. I have a pair or ported 10s in my van and I like it better even with less cone area and power. Then again when I listen to bass heavy music it's usually pretty low (frequency-wise).

I like playing well below 30 hz, a sealed box in a ported box does that well. Now I've heard sealed boxes in more home audio type setups that put ported ones to shame, but that's because ported boxes don't pressure the environment in a room like they do a car, so sealed allows for more power without bottoming out and a wide frequency response.
