I agree that if the cops wont do anything than you have cause for retaliation...but come on at least call the cops and give them a the chance.

What do you plan on doing? going over there and knocking on the door and what? Straight up kicking their *** as soon as they answer? Then they can ditch the amp call the cops on you and have your *** arrested..they already know where you live...Or are you going to try and tell their parents on them (if they are a kid)..i would think white trash parents wont give a shit and will believe their little punks over a stranger. However, if you just call the cops the parents might let the cops take a look in the kids room...and you could possibly get the shit back. ..right now you have the upper hand because they dont know they are tape..call the po po.

All you are gonna do is either get your shiot pushed in by these people and loose all your equipment, or you can go to the police, report it and try and at least get your money back through insurance. That or your gonna end up getting yourself in trouble with the cops for being an idiot. hahaha i find that funny. sorry to hear it tho. it sounds like somthing that would happen to me. you have to admit its funny that you install an alarm and the next day your shit is gone. i would still be pissed tho and wanna do the same thing your thinking of. you should still call the cops first, b/c if they dont do anything then well at least later you can say you tried. i had 3 guys in a car slamm into the side of mine and push me into oncoming traffic while trying to pull my girlfriend out the passenger window by her hair. i got description of the car, driver, passenger, guy in back seat, tag number, witness and then called the cops while i was following the car. that happened in sept of 04 and to this day they didnt do a ****in thing about those guys. i lost my licenese and had to pay to fix his ****in car. so try the right thing first then get even later.

well at the time i had another couple in the back of my car, we was gonna try to charge them with 4 accounts of assault by vehicle, 4 accounts of attempted murder (b/c i about hit 2 cars head on at 55mph) hit and run, we thought my girl was pregnant so that would have been another charge if she was, and get them for assault on a female. well the cops said they was going to the guys house to look for the car but they never found them. that happend on friday night and my mom went and got the police report monday morning and drove to the guys house. the guy that owned the car was a older man (in that pic i posted) and the one that was driving that night was a younger guy. my mom called the law b/c when she got the police report the cops said they couldnt do anything b/c they couldnt find the car. well a neighbor said the car pulled in the driveway about 10 mins b4 my mom showed up at their house. he also said they had to get out of the passenger door lol //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif she called the cops and the cops said they couldnt arrest the guy b/c the warrant hadnt went thru yet and they would let us know when somebody was arrested. we went and talked to the magestrate and she said the warrant was still going thru. to this day nobody has called and said that they have been picked up for even hit and run. so basically a week later my g/f's mom is a greedy ***** and wanted money, money, money so she calls a lawyer. we told her not to call a lawyer yet b/c we were taking care of it and to leave the lawyers out untill the charges went thru and blah blah blah. well her lawyer tried to sue me b/c it turns out that i didnt have insurance on my car that night. my insurance company made a mistake on the computer, put insurance on a vehicle i had sold 2 years before the wreck insted of switching it to my mustang. i didnt have insurance, so the lawyer said the hell with sueing them where suing this guy. so he turned it into the dmv and the mexicans insurance company that i didnt have insurance. dmv took my license, made me pay for the mexicans car even tho he intentially hit me and ran. insurance wouldnt pay for mine b/c its "accidental" insurance and it doesnt count if the wreck "intentially" happened. and now i got 13 points on my license. i got pulled 3 times b/c i didnt have insurance on my car.

1st time pulled - no insurance

2nd time pulled - no insurance, dead tag, no seat belt, and following to close (happened a week after pulled 1st time) insurance company said insurance was fixed and they would take care of it in court, dead tag was b/c i couldnt get a sticker b/c it was showing up i didnt have insurance, no seat belt was b/c i had a baby seat in the back and seatbelt was choking me, following to close was b/c it started drizzleing and i was suppose to be another car length behind the car in front of me

3rd time got pulled- driving while licenese revoked, dead tag, no insurance

the 3rd time happened a week after the 2nd time i got pulled, again insurance company said they would take care of it, still couldnt get a sticker yet, and licenese revoked was unknown to me. the reason i got pulled was b/c some dickhead pulled out infront of me and insted of hitting him in the *** i past him and he called the law.

so basically i have been ****ed all around on this deal and i talked to the insurance company about all of their faults. well as i was talking to the owner i made him pull up my file and somehow they managed to change a few things to cover their ***. it shows that i didnt have insurance on my mustang untill 2 months after the wreck happened. ive got some paper work that i need to set down and go thru and find proof that they ****ed me. b/c they did make some mistakes but im not sure if its going to be proof enough to proove anything. plus i have to find alot of other paperwork that is "lost" right now. as far as getting even with the ****s i havnt. i did see his car parked at walmart one night and i jumped out of my stepbrothers blazer as he was driving thru the parking lot. i ran to their car and was going to kick dents all in the car and kick the tailights out but some ***** was standing there looking at me and screaming at me that she was calling the law if i touched that car. so **** it. theyll get theirs.
