it seemed to be working fine when i tested it yesturday. now today i wake up to "mike your hatch is up!" i go outside, the got the xxx and the amp without the **** alarm going off =/ . i got it on camera(we have them on the house) how do you guys think i should approach it

**** thats ****ed, I would think a shock sensor would pick up a lock picking or prying. Was there any dmaage to your car?
that's what i figured. they popped the ring around the lock on the tail gate and not sure what they did from there, but i didn't see any other damage

Shave your locks, my friend. If you're willing to get your trunk/hatch/car painted, it's worth it for sure.

I've been working on shaving the prelude. That way, if they really want it, they need to

a) spoof your ir unlock signal [fat chance]

b) crowbar that bish

c) break windows

that _sucks_ though dude.

..like a good neighbor, state farm is there?

so u just installed ur alarm yesterday and now this morning ur stuff was stolen? that sucks man. did they cut any wires for the alarm like siren or power? or did u forget to hook up the interior lights illumination

it was an avital 2way alarm. not sure what happend, tested it yesturday afternoon and everything seemed fine. alarm just never went off, no wires were cut. they popped the lock on the tailgate and got it open.. not sure how they did it without setting off at least the shock senson, it's a good sized box. idk about the video yet, i need to get a usb capture card and pull up the video so i can blow it up and at least get a plate so i can get their address. and yea faulkton, 2006 has been really shitty.
