New England SPL heads back to Hyannis for the 2nd annual Vehicle Vibes Sound Off. Last year was a great show, this year will be better.

Event takes place on Sunday July 17th, Registration begins at 11am.

We'll be offering our dB SPL, Slammin Bass and Sound N' Style formats.

Registration fee's will be $20 per format, and add Slammin Bass to either dB SPL or Sound N' Style for $10. For $50 you can do all 3 formats.

Trophies and plaques in all 17 classes.

The show was great, a lot more people turned out than I expected. Pete and the guys at Vibes did a great job with the free food, water and watermelon again this year. We'll definitely be back again next year.

He had a pair of Kicker 8" subs in sealed boxes behind the seat in his standard cab Ford F150. I think he was running about 500 watts and that was on music.

No clue what he had, half the people at the show have never competed before so I don't know what they use for gear. The guy with the 121.7 I remember cause it was such a low number, but not bad considering what he was running and the type of vehicle it was in.

Not necessarily, granted trunk cars are hard to get loud, but at least you can move the box around while testing and find the sweet spot that gets the loudest. Mounted behind the seats in a standard cab truck gives you no room for movement at all.

haha, you haven't seen the video's Nate, Mike set an amp on fire. And Derek runs a pair of SoundStream 18's, whatever the new model is and a couple SS amps, not sure which model though.
