Needa straight answer for an amp

ok i jus wanna know an amplifier that puts out rated power and also clean power but as cheap as possible. For example everyone says audiopipe does rated power, well ok thats good but its not cool when a couple thread down someone says that they do rated but its not clean power like what does that even mean. I jus wanna pay as little as possible for a ~2000 rms amp that does rated clean power at 1 ohm. plz and thanks alot. Budget it around $350-450. I jus need recommendations or if u have an amp to offer i be happy to check it out.

U can make any amp do "dirty" power fyi..

BTW: I would get an Cadence I9 or SS DTR 1.2200 before the AQ..But thats just me
