Need your guys help on choosing an amp and box for customer.

Ok I had a customer come in with a Fosgate HE2 15 and he wants me to install his whole system with a budget of 200-220 on his amp and already got cd player ect.. I know i am gonna put it in a sealed 1.4 or 1.5 box he wants some sq now as for amp i had in mind a Fosgate 360.2 for the price range will not push it totally but some way also had in mind maybe a jbl 600.1 which is alot cheaper than its compitetion like a bd500.1 but i havent had too much experience with fosgate so you guys fill me in.

Oh yea he wants to hit upwards of 140 dbs maybe even 150 but i told him if he wants sq i cant do much of both but i would try even though the box is way off RF specs I am still gonna try it Was thinkin about a huge 3.5 boxed tuned to 30hz but thats probally not gonna happen and will have no sq what so ever but probally hit pretty hard.

Come on I know you some of you guys have or have had a HE2 common gimmie some ideas.
