Need Help with size for Type R 12

I have a current box ported about 20x15x14, port tubing,

since i am listening to rave, techno, and psyschodelic trance i decided to go with the simpler design, such as sealed box

what would be recomemmended volume, and dimensions for 12 inch Alpine Type R sub, if i just trim, existing box, i will have roughly 1.3 cubic feet internal volume, would that be okay?

no, go with something like 2-2.5 cubic feet, or you can try 3 since we got a couple guys saying they sound awesome, ill try it out when i have time
