Need help with building subwoofer box!?!?!

I am planning on building a dual 12" subwoofer box for my dual kicker S12L7's. How can i get the demisons for the one i want? The info i got is 3.25 cu.ft. + port; 3x13.25" port, 14.5" long. Is that just for the port?? B/C i also have this info to 2.0 cu.ft is that for a box with out a port?? How can i find the size i need to cut the wood into? Also i found some squre speaker terminals will these kind work http://store.yahoo.com/mobile-emotions/sqsptedu1and.html?? And where can i find ports and a diagram of what my box should look like on the in and out sides of it?
