need help with Alpine W505

I dunno if the installer jacked my additional stuff that was supposed to come with my alpine head unit or what, but isnt this supposed to come with a Ipod cable and a battery for the remote?? i don't have either, i have the remote but nowhere in the directions does it say what type of battery it takes, nor does it say what type on the remote..

Yes, it comes with both. Double check your box, and then call the shop where you got it.
