I have the Alpine CDA-9835 and i want to keep ALL of the bass out of my front speakers. I want my rears to have the mids and the fronts just have highs. I wanna leave all the bass to my subs so it sounds much cleaner.

I have no idea how to make my head unit filter out the lows... so could anyone help me out?

It would sound like crap if you had the fronts playing just high frequencies and the rears the mid frequencies... Rear your manual and go into the crossover settings. Set the front to 50hz at 24db/oct, set your rears to 50hz @ 24db/oct and your lowpass at 50hz at 24db/oct... Should give you a good starting point.

i have infinity kappa perfect 6.1 as my front speaker and i have inifinty 693.5i 3 way speaker as my rear speaker. oh yah...and i have my montrous JL 10" W7 sub woofer. wut would be a great setting for my speakers? as i can hear everything clearly and bump my subs hard.

thx for the help
