Need help picking 7 inch radio

Hey all,

My brother asked me to try to do some research on a 7 inch touchscreen radio for his car. Amazon is just overloaded with junk it appears so I'd like some help from someone who has a nice unit and is happy with it.

Only feature that's necessary is Bluetooth. Price range around 150.

I also can't search the website for some reason, I get an error.
