need help on how to power speakers

i am looking at a component set made by focal. my question is on there website it says the tweeters can only take 15watts rms, and the mid can take like 50w rms. do the xovers fix this imbalance, or do i need two 2-channel amps? can anyone please help me on this. also the speakers claim to have a sensitivity rating of 90db at 2.83v/1m, how good is this, and how hard to you guys think it would be to modify a 5.25 inch surround to a 4 inch?
