need help cant find dls oa8 seller

I need a good 8 inch IB (stock rear deck location) sub to put in my car and want to get a dls oa8 for the job but I cant find any american site online or nearby dealer that selles them.

Also open to other open air subs of equal or better quality, is that sound splitter one open air?
