need an answer

i have and engine nosie that i cant get rid of i turn my heater on it gets louder. when i turn off the head unit i get a loud pop and a nosie that fads out.i have pulled the head unit rewired it put back in move the ground to the amp and i still get it. do you have any know of a way for me to resolve my problem.

To achieve 14.4 volts - all you need to do is start your car. Standard DC systems will produce between 13.8 and 14.7 volts at idle.
