That's news to me. Looks like Wade knocked down plenty of jumpers. How many Dallas players scored 40 pts? Did any of them average 30 pts a game? Looked like they were double and triple teaming Wade at times. BTW, the media has been alerted, Miami is the 2006 NBA Champions.

The real difference in this game wasn't anything you could find on paper. It was simply the veteran leadership and coaching Miami had. Miami had players that had been in those clutch situations before, they knew what to do and executed. Dallas had players that didn't know what to do and once they got the ball they were as scared as a brownie scout losing her virginity.

EXACTLY... this guy summed it up perfectly...
they can only control the tempo when their shots are falling... they were able to do it for the first half, but after that they lost control of the game...
the rest was a battle for the lead, and dallas didn't play with the confidence it needed to win... simple as that...
The mavs are a young team tho, they're only getting better from here...

edit: a better game from almost any of the dallas players would have taken this to game 7... but they didn't come through in clutch situations, and that lost the game for them... don't convince yourself that dallas couldn't have won this game.

Anyways, good series to Miami. I can't really blame the refs for this series even though they took a lot of breath out of the Mavs great start.
Wade stepped up when Dirk didn't, that's what it boils down to.

Don't be pissed because you can't type while celebrating. I never spoke bad about Dallas during or before the series. I always gave them credit for being a good team. Dallas fans on the other hand...well most of you talk too much trash, saying how the Heat and it's players ****, are over rated, and that the Heat wasn't even a worthy opponent.
Very Mature? Go back and count the anti Heat posts through out this thread. All the negative, insulting, non credit giving remarks about the Heat, and compare that to what I just posted. Like I said, I am celebrating, don't hate because you can't do the same. Not all Dallas fans are morons, but some of the guys posting in this forum just give all of you a bad rep, plus your media over there, and good ole Mark Cuban, it makes Dallas look bad IMO.
Like I said from the get go, Dallas has an awsome team. I expect to see them deep in the playoffs for the next few years to come, but they were not better then Miami this series. Dallas requires that all of it's players play well, therefore their stats are balanced on paper, making them look like an extremely balanced team. Miami's players play the role that is required of them, some or more active on offense then others, so on paper they don't look as balanced, but the game is played on the court.
Miami fans have earned the right to laugh at Dallas. If you were at a bar sitting next to a miami fan, and Dallas won the game, you would be in there face rubbing it in. So don't try me.

That's what I'm talking about. Most of you Dallas fans kept running your mouth about how Dallas was going to run Miami off the court. Us Heat fans, we stayed humble. We knew that Dallas had more talent, but talent doesn't always get it done. Miami had heart, leadership, and a hunger that Dallas lacked. Those of you Dallas fans that ran your mouth, you can now stfu.
