In case you haven't noticed, they've been running when they can. Another flaw with your idea is that they can't double team both Shaq and Wade. Pick one. Can't be both. Shaq and Wade aren't going to foul out of the game, so give that idea up.

x2. But I think what did him in is you can see his face looking towards the ground and he is flailing his arms at Shaq. So you could argue that he doesn't know where the ball is and as a result excessive contact was made. In full motion it looks like he hammered Shaq. But in slow mo, it just looks like a hard foul.
