I enjoy both series. It's nice to watch some defense once in a while, as opposed to the Suns and Mavs just running it up and down the court. Wade almost had a nice reverse alley oop.

Yeah no defense last night when the Mavs held the Suns to their lowest playoff total in franchise history.

I didn't say they don't play defense on occasion. The key to the Mavs winning is keeping the Suns under 100.

I think that it's clear they still play defense when they have too....Mavs are my second favorite team in the NBA....Dirk is just amazing....but anyways...yes they really more on the run and gun stuff...offense...but down the stretch defense is what wins the important games....and in order to Neutralize Nash and Diaw they obviously had to use Defense instead of trying to out score them....and they did an awesome job....

I never said the Mavs didn't play defense. In fact there defense is much improved upon last year. But let's be frank...the Miami-Detroit series is considered more of a defensive series and the Dallas-Phoenix series is considered more of an offensive series. That doesn't mean the two teams can't string together several good defensive stops once in a while.
