Dirk sits out alot, big deal. Who cares how many points you get per 48 minutes if you aren't even playing that many minutes. If he was so efficient they wouldn't take him out. He's obviously out of shape.

just because he can't dribble means he isn't athletic? as a center he is very athletic. he is a lot quicker then most nba centers. he's about the same size as lebron james.

you cant compare this year's mavs team to anything 'recently'.

this is the little general's first full season as head coach (took over midway through last year) and won coach of the year.

with the addition/subtraction of about 4 players, and the fact that the mavs had 3 players last year who were new to the playoffs, there is no way that you can compare the mavs this season to anything in the past.

High Reb - E. Dampier 10

Dallas only lost once to them by 7 pts.

They were also 2-2 with SA during the season.

I haven't watched the Mavs much actually this year, but to me it seems Dampier has an inside presence.

BTW Nowitzki is a game winner Look at their season history. Dirk is leading scorer/rebounder like 80-90% of the time.

Ben Wallace is freakishly athletic. He was all-state in high school in football, baseball and basketball. He can jump out of the gym and he is well conditioned.
