Naxa 1000 watt 6 way 6x9???

Anyone ever heard of naxa? Does that sound legit? 1000 watts max power handing 150 watts RMS has "super tweeterS" as well as the regular, boring tweeters jk and you can amplify the midrange and bass separately...but i can find a pair for 25 bux...so I mean...are they even worth it? Because I found a 50 dollar pair of Kenwood 5 way 1000 watts....but itd be cool to aplify the midrange
