The NASCAR Hall of Fame opened in May & they're already in debt. Can't get enough business to pay the employees there, Charlotte taxpayers are having to pay for it. The grand stands weren't even 1/3 full last Sunday.

The only semi-entertaining thing about it is Kyle Busch, he's an idiot.
