As well as sanding I used some wood filler for the bigger divits and then resined over it to smooth it even more.

Also resined port wall

Still gotta sand the holes and split the baffle. This will be split 2 ways so ea. sub is on its own baffle.

should dismount the basket, insert into baffle, then reattach the basket, that way there is no split baffle issue

recone while the baffle is sitting "on the motor"

mount sub to baffle, then baffle to box.
