is there any way given those numbers at that distance to figure out what it would have been up close?

147.77 db @ 433.33 meters = 3076.07 db @ 20 Hz @ 1 meter ???

Not sure if I did that right.

ETA; no, I'm pretty sure I didn't do it right. Now that I look it up, the formula is alot more complicated than I remember.

for each doubling of the distance, decibel level drops by 6db's
