A standard Large case 3G alternator will put out around 140 amps stock. There is nothing surprising or special about that, you could get the same thing from a junkyard. Ford 3G and 4G large case units are very strong in their stock form.

all i know is ive been through 4 napa alts in the last 3 months all of wich blew the voltage regulator which makes for fun times its to the point they wont warrenty it

And how much is pricing on this alternator? The good list for the NAPA store in 38310? Not walk in price.

I may consider it, as I can swap mine back in for it.

Really how much is your version? I might buy one. My EA alt doesn't like to put out at idle, Its just wound for too much power for a daily driver.

I didn't get the alt to go back to bumping the Pyles.

I got it to have my truck running again, and by Gawd, I can jump shit off twice as fast now.

And dem shytpyles are probably > joo anyways.
