My name is Bud i am 25 years old.. Ive been into car audio for about 13 years now.. Yes i was 12 when i took intrest and built my own sound room.. Over the years ive worked with many amps and subs of all name shapes sizes and qualitys.. Ive now become a fan of q power subwoofers alot of people laugh about that but ive had plenty of hands on time with other brands such as kicker cvr,cvx,l5,l7.. I would take a q power deluxe over the l7 or cvx any day.. Ill build my own box and the q powers will take a much more brutal beating than either one and sound better doing it.. I have give a single 15" q power deluxe 2500rms from the kicker 2500.1 it did start to get hot but the sub itself is rated 1000rms 2000peak ove give a set of q power 15s 5000 watt rms from the hifonics goliath 5000d they also began to get hot after a while.. My every day listening system was 2 qpower deluxe 15s with the orion hcca d5000.1 2500rms 5000peak.. They loved it.. They are the very best subwoofers for the money thats my honest opinion.. They CAN be BRUTAL if set up right.. Well thats me..
