N.O. Explode vs MRI Blackpowder?

just eat a solid healthy meal before workout, noxplode is loaded with caffeine, after a while you have to take more to get the same effect. me personally, i would end up crashing late in my workout as it wore off.

 
I used N.O for a few years and it made me jittery and feel like my heart was going to explode sometimes...and it made my butt leak. Black powder doesn't do any of that. And the orange BP tastes way better than any N.O. flavors.

i will admit that i have gradually increased my dosage of it from 1 scoop all the way to 2.

i do have a lot of gas when i drink no explode. and i think im going to take close to a month off from supplements(protein aside) and then start up on the black powder

other than protein, stay away from supplements..id rather have the money and not be mentally dependant on some crap that makes a minute difference.
You don't know shit about supplementing or lifting if you think NO has a negligible effect on your lifting. ECA stack, protein, eat, and sleep. To the people who say that they needed to up their usage from 1 to 2 scoops...no shit, it's called building a tolerance.

lol, neat stuff called muscle is lost in todays society. Where is is more acceptable to be fat, rather than built (or lean, like a runner)

i use micronized creatine, vitamins, 5 planned meals.

i really should up my water intake and sleep and take whey. but im just 16, i dont want to be overly serious

i have friends that use NO, it is also accepted to be one of the top products for its purpose and price

 
Good advice and I'll do you one better. Don't waste $$$ on protein powder when chicken breasts, ground sirloin, etc... taste way the hell better and are cheaper //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif
uh..have you seen how much chicken breasts are these days? so ill argue the point of it being cheaper..I garuntee you get more protein out of powder for the money in comparsion to anything you listed.

i agree, eating an animal is way better lol, but i dont have time to make 5 meals a day.
