seriously try a product called SAN Fierce if you like the pre workout stuff. NO XPLODE always gave me heartburn at the gym. buildingbrawn.xxx will be your cheapest and fastest shipping company you will find. They have excellent customer service and if you call them directly the owner will talk to you for hours if you want.

And if you want a change, go with NO shotgun. People I know swear by it.

As far as raw eggs, if you can stomach it and if it's a last minute thing, go for it.

Otherwise, it's better to just cook them.

ive done every kind of pre workout out there just about.....both of these included...your best bet is, if you have been using one or the other for a while, take some time off and then come back to either...it will work like it did for the first time.

thats actually another thing i have been thinking about. im thinking i have been taking for about 7 months so at this point im probably just wasting it

 
idiots eat raw eggs. First off all they arent hard to cook, and second of all, the only thing you gain from eating them raw is a higher chance of getting sick.
You get 6g protein, 70 calories per raw egg also.

Good advice and I'll do you one better. Don't waste $$$ on protein powder when chicken breasts, ground sirloin, etc... taste way the hell better and are cheaper //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif
Protein powder is very useful pre and post workout since it can be utilized quicker by muscle than whole foods.

 
Nitrobolic xtreme is good too. NO Xplode is good though, but right now I am using the nitrobolic because I bought it to try. I think the NO xplode tastes better, but I actually think that the Nitrobolic works better (no sick feelings, jitters) and good pumps.

 
creatine helps your muscles hold water...id stay on that...pre workout supplements are mostly just for a pump and energy, two things that may help you lift heavier and longer...therefore leading to better gains
