dude i'm hoping this shiz doesnt go down. Army is going drag me back to another war! To be honest i'm more scared going to war with N. Korea than Iraq; atleast the Iraqis couldnt shoot for shiet. N. Korea on the other hand gots alot of artillery units and a much larger threat. I got lucky the first war..I dont wanna push my luck!

seriously though, anyone who believes the war in Iraq is illegal should review the terms of the gulf war ceasefire, which Iraq violated by preventing weapons inspections. Violation of the ceasefire means that, since the war never truly ended, hostilities recommence.

I don't see how the US is in any position to do anything about N Korea at all, and chances are that NK knows this as well. The US is currently tied up in a war which is using a significant amount of military and financial resources, public support has gone down the shitter for this war and the current administration, and with NK actually having nuclear capabilities, it would turn out much worse than either war in Iraq.

By the way, does anyone else find it ironic that we invaded Iraq based on intelligence (faulty or not) and they end up not having the weapons we claimed they did, but N Korea and Iran readily admit to having "weapons of mass destruction" and we just stand there and say "don't enrich that or else . . . . don't launch that or else . . . . . . we need to solve this diplomatically".
