Don't know about in NY, but here in FL you need a valid license to operate a go-ped, so I hope he isn't 9 or he's gonna start getting tickets at an early age..

which motor does the go=ped have? I have a G-230RC from Komatsu with an ADA pipe, billet deck, wheels, etc...

Used to have G43 engine one it. It now consists of a G62 Zenoah 60cc motor 4.5Hp stock. Also has a Ada Gsr pipe on it. I used to do testing for Ada's prototype parts. Has hit 55mph with tall gearing on. Quite scary.

Millertime: I used to live in Deer Park. Out in Michigan now.
