my viper 791XV disarms on its own

it's been a few months and it's totally intermittent but i KNOW i armed the car but in the mornings I'll look at my transmitter and the system is disarmed.

This only happens overnight to me.

any insights?

try resetting the system. i have the same alarm but i never had that problem

It might just be your remote, if you physically go and check the car is it unarmed?

I have. that's the weird thing. I'm almost thinking maybe a neighbor happens to come home later and happens to have the exact same frequency? I know it's got code hopping but maybe huge coincidence?

i'm going to try the reset too.

i believe that vipers send a different code every time, so it will be like a one in a million chance. did you install it yourself
